APPOINTMENT FOCUSED ESTABLISHMENT: What this means is that we primarily work by appointment that are booked online. Telephone reservations and walk-in availability are offered when time allows. Prior to reserving your appointment, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies. By reserving your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policies. Thank you, and we look forward to your upcoming visit.

CANCELLATIONS: Prior to booking there will be a disclaimer displayed on the reservation page. Please make sure to read this thoroughly. Each barber/stylist(s) cancellation policy differs. It may be anywhere from 1-24 hours.  Customers running late passed the halfway point of their appointment will need to be rescheduled. There are no exceptions to this policy. Customers who miss their appointments and do a no call/no show will lose 100$ of the cost of their service. If you are waiting longer than 15 minutes past your appointment, please let a staff member know and we will be happy to offer your appointment on the house. 

POTENTIAL RISKS: When visiting the barber shop/salon there may be minor potential risks. Please familiarize yourself with these before booking. Some potential risks in a barber shop/ salon include: 
Slippery floors due to product spills and hair clippings
Burns from dryers and curling irons
Small nicks and cuts from razors or clippers
Allergic or chemical reaction to hair products and coloring agents

Staining from chemicals, hair color, or razor cuts 

NO CALL, NO SHOWS: You will be charged full price for the missed appointment and more than 1 may result in the forfeiture of a client’s future online scheduling privileges. 

REFUNDS: Our goal is to create long-term relationships with our guests. However, if we fall short and do not meet your expectations, we want to know. We will gladly provide you an adjustment/correction to your service. The service will be scheduled like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. Your appointment will be with the same barber/stylist who performed the original service and a more experienced barber such as Brendan or our floor manager, Shaina. Client complaints must be addressed within 24 hours of leaving the shop for considerations on refunds for services or corrections No refunds will be given after that period or without first allowing us an opportunity to see what needs to be corrected. Refund requests will be considered for quality control issues only. Thank you for helping us continually improve as a team and be the absolute best we can be.
